He has  progressive leadership experience in the area of Design build,Operations,Project Management, Estimating,Scheduling, Cost Control,Quality Control Certified 20 years , and Safety certified 20 years OSHA, Fed OSHA , EM 385-1 USACE. 

Promotes  pro bono mentorship to new Government contractors with a team of professionals such as Bonding, legal, and government regulators. 

Have perform and manage over 470 projects National and International; as well as  departmental budgets of 350 Million in multiple projects. Proficiency in Design Build,Estimating, Project Management and Cost Control using Cost Loaded schedules.

With years of experience in construction it has help to  have a unique simultaneous understanding and experience in Government business using proficient business vehicles  such as Hubzone, Woman Own, and 8A.  Gregory will design the bridge project and get with the team to provide a proficient Design Build Project .
