Since TBPCON  inception in 2007. We ensure our projects and services meet the highest standards through our team of exceptionally skilled and qualified personnel that focus on the design, quality, schedule, budget and logistics of each project. Our steadfast commitment to exceptional safety and quality construction has led to numerous federal contract and high regards among our clientele.

TBPCON provides comprehensive Architectural and Engineering services for new construction, repair, maintenance, paving and surface improvements, retrofit and renovations, as-well-as concrete and general engineering construction.

We pride ourselves in being an effective, well-managed company. We maintain highly skilled personnel that focus on the logistics of the project. 

With over 100 years combined experience, we are acutely aware of the value and importance of providing close, individual attention to each project and working within time and budget constraints. To assure optimal coordination new projects are assigned to a team. A Project Manager is then directly responsible for the project from the award date until final construction.

TBPCON Currently carries projects on a number of the most significant  U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Homeland Security, March Air Reserve Base; and represented among TBPCON clients are the , City of San Diego, and City of Chula Vista.Additionally, TBPCON believes buildings that are environmentally responsible preserve natural resources, operate at reduced costs, and promote user satisfaction and productivity.
